  1. Yes I have RTFM. But I will do it again. It was Sennheiser that told me to turn off the pilot to get this combo to work. So I'm a bit confused, as if the pilot tone weren't important. John Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hi, I recently bought a sk2000 and a couple of G3 IEM. To get this to work I have to disable the pilot tone on the receivers. I have done a couple of range tests and it works. But have not yet worked with it in a "real" work situation. Is the system less reliable without pilot? Or does it even matter when it comes to IEM receivers? If it "depends" I know the answer. Best regards John
  3. I bought a small Noga arm a year ago. And it's perfect for some cars and for a lot of other things. I bought a cheap nano clamp on eBay. John Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Here is my bag, nothing you haven't seen before... SD788/CL8 2 x Audio ltd 2040 SRb 2 x SMDB Sennheiser 2000 tx (IFB) 2 x Sennheiser G3 IEM Hawk woods powering Petrol 614 and it works great! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ok, thanks! I'll go with NiMh then:) Regards John
  6. Will these work with the SMb and SMDb? www.batteryjunction.com/14500-category.html Or is there any other rechargeable lithium ion batteries that will give you more power than NiMh? Regards John
  7. I've glued my toploc, not one, but two times. I rather have a non-rattling boom that I can use than having it lying around. Crap tip. And I thought that if other boom poles like Ambient comes with a fixed tip, why not fixate this one as well. If that int. coiled cable struggles I hope it's enough to open up the bottom end.
  8. Thanks. I know that wireless can cause problems, but I don't want them before I bought the system.
  9. Hi, I'm new here on this forum. I have a SD788 and will probably soon buy my first Lectrosonics system. SRb & SMV Are there more known RF problems with SD788 and Lectro? These tests were at block 20 & 22. I was thinking about buying a system in block 24. Should I be worried or what? I've googled my ass off, but can't find any answer. I have seen a lot of people using 788/Lectros but haven't heard that there could be a problem. Regards John
