    scorpio!

    More like 9k USD.
  2. I had this happen on an approved SD card. It was basically white noise at the end of the last file I recorded. Wasn't on the CF. I trashed the SD card thereafter. Haven't had a problem since.
  3. I would definitely wait until at least IBC. There is the possibility that TCS comes out with their own slate... but who knows?
  4. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was. It was way too far ahead of its time, and it was definitely difficult to incorporate the workflow... at least in the narrative world. Denecke would be better suited to just build a standard slate with b:link capability for wireless TC. Similar to what other brands are doing.
  5. Good case of whataboutism. Not a fan, an affiliate. 100% of your posts are Viviana related. So basically your explanation about why you post about Viviana straps is because you're a troll? Seriously dude, get a grip.
  6. Just someone affiliated with SoundFish using an alt account to shill their product. Not sure how they think this helps them. It's actually a turn off from actually trying out their product.
  7. You're right. I incorrectly referenced the epic body. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. You're correct. With the latest iterations of the last few models it has only been the sensor that gets upgraded. The body stays the same and the modules are the ones that give us the different i/o. The 3.5mm is menu switchable for balanced/unbalanced connections. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Would love to see Canadian versions for the same payroll companies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I've started using https://scriptation.com. Automatically highlights actors & lines in scripts, and will import all annotations when a script revision comes in. It isn't perfect, but you will just have to highlight a few lines yourself for the ones it missed due to script formatting.
  11. I don't think there will be much of an issue as they are more than likely going to be including a lighting to 3.5mm adapter.
  12. That sucks.. I haven't dropped by in the last couple of weeks, and I would have been happy to wish him well in person. I think there are many of us that have known him since the time when Trew Audio was at the Cherry Beach location which had to be at least 10 years ago. It's unfortunate that Richmond had recently left as well. Both are very stand up guys.
  13. You should try and get in touch with Jose Frias and/or Laura Cunningham. I'm assuming you're not in Freelance FB group, but they've both posted quite a bit of info on VR recording over the last year or so. I believe they're both members here, but I could be wrong. It really boils down to what Post needs and what they're able to do and not do and what blindspots are available to use.
  14. I love my battery clip. I don't find it slow at all.
