It's not broken. It's a design fault.

Been having contact issues with my IDX MWR V-Lock wireless receiver mounting bracket. The camera loses power if the bracket is touched, even slightly. It doesn't feel loose or wiggly, but it is breaking contact. I've heard the same story from 2 others. Cameras being used are usually Sony XD Cam 700 / 800 etc. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... Anyone got a fix for this?

Between my first and second interview today (powering down in between), my 633 did a factory reset and erased all of my track labels and general settings. Though my firmware stayed up to date and didn't revert. It was mildly inconvenient and gave me a minor heart attack when my boom no longer worked (channel reset to mic, no phantom). Took me 8.3 seconds to find the problem, but that was a looong 8.3 seconds. Anyone else had a similar experience? Only time it's done it in the 6 months I've had it.

I like the 633, but I'm starting to wonder about build quality. I'm on my second 633 and about to send it back as channel 4 no longer works. Hopefully third time lucky with the next 633?

Just got my 633 today. Has anyone else had an issue with the Input Activity LEDs? Mine seem to be linked to each other somehow. They all come on simultaneously in limiter yellow, no matter what input level, or input. At the moment I only have my boom plugged in on channel 1, and yet all 6 input LEDs light up yellow, even with a low level. Is there a hard reboot or something that I can try before I have to send it back?
