  1. Horizon Batteries has reduced the price of the Ansmann AA 2700 mah when you purchase five 4 pks and thrown in a free Ansmann Express Charger to boot! Ansmann 2700 mah AA's are the ultimate "work-horse" batteries that provide substantial run-times and high recycles. For the price difference between the higher capacity 2850's it makes great sense to go with the 2700 mahs - if you don't need the additional 5% run time. Excellent for all high-drain devices including wireless mics, IEM's, digital cameras, flash units, and more. Plus - with the purchase of five 4-packs: FREE Ansmann Express Speed Charger - The 90-minute fast charger includes AC plug and car adaptor. Charges 2 or 4 AA/AAA, trickle charge and worldwide 100-240V use. Sales Ends Sunday, July 28th at Midnight. 2. Anyone aware of or ever had custom built a AA p48 supply? The Denecke PS-1A or the PSC box of the same variety are fine but in certain situations it'd be really handy to have one in a tube, so you could throw a AA in there and be done with it. Much like an ME66 or Rode Ntg-2. Does a standalone external one exist? if not, why?
