  1. Hi Everyone, I got a problem while testing my TRX900LANC with the IFB voting. Described as below. IFB TX: Two QRX100 (both with QIFB option, running firmware QRX-308). As for the IFB TX freq, one is set to 2.403, and the other is set to 2.405. IFB RX: One TRX900LANC (running firmware TRX-872), One ERX2TCD (running firmware 1.22) TRX900 Extended Menu setup-- IFB Mode: RX IFB Voting: 2 TXERS (ON) IFB RX TO TX: OFF (NORMAL RX) RX FREQ: 2.403 Allow IFB Remote Control: ON ERX2CD Extended Menu setup-- FREQ: 2.403 IFB Voting: 2 TXERS (ON) First, I turned on all the units. The TRX900 and ERX2 both received a valid, strong signal from 2.403 QRX. The TC were the same on the IFB TX and RX. All the remote control from the 2.403 IFB TX: change gain, UHF freq, record, stop and so on were functional well. Then I turned off the 2.403 QRX100, leaving 2.405 QRX100 turned on. The ERX2 automatically switched to 2.405, receiving a new timecode and audio ( I fed two different timecode and audio respectively to two QRX100s so that I can tell which IFB signal is received by IFB RX). Meanwhile, the TRX900 didn't switch to anything, it keep generating the old timecode received from 2.403 IFB TX, and ignores all remote control commands sent from 2.405 IFB TX. I have tried all the way on the TRX, test again and again: change freq, power cycle, downgrade the firmware... all failed. I hope TRX would switch to a stronger IFB signal automatically so my crew can send remote control on different location when I am in a large set. Does anyone have this issue too? or any helps? Thanks in advance. Cheers. George Lee.
