Hello I use Zaxcom Fusion for many years and yesterday for the first time I lost an entire folder from the primary card. I had formatted the card regularly. I recorded some wild tracks, 20 segments. Until here, no problem. In the end I put the last recording into play, just for control. The recorder gave me an error and crashed. I turned it off and on. The folder with its contents had disappeared. I opened the card with zaxconverter but does not see any folders. You know how to recover files or I have to give up hope. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to delay the audio that I am sending out of my Zaxcom Fusion? I am going to be feeding an XD deck with XLR from my Fusion. The camera that is recording to the deck via SDI will not have embedded audio. I need to adjust the audio to be synced with the video. I know I can adjust the dealy on my input, but I wantd to know if I can adjust the output also.

hello I introduce myself, I am Mirko, I'm an Italian production sound mix. I ask you a question, perhaps a heresy, has anyone ever thought of making a control surface for Zaxcom Fusion. My idea is to have 8 friends trim and 8 meters (only three LEDs are enough). A controller like a mix 8 without fader which is small enough to fit easily in the sound bag. Thanks. (forgive my english)

I'm waiting to digest the Christmas dinner and I got obvious question (maybe I ate heavy). Someone tried to replace the knobs of fusion successfully. I have to tighten periodically to stop them. I think it's a common problem. If these new knobs were also beautiful as those of the sound devices 442, which miovono with a finger I might swallow them as a digestive. thanks and best wishes

Hi. My name is Eugene. I'm working under a Production Sound team based in Korea. Our team recently switched our Recorder from Fostex PD6 to Zaxcom's Fusion12. As you can see the huge years gap between the two recorder, and also our lack of English to properly navigate through the manual or google searches etc. we are facing many difficulties to make this new fancy gear work properly. So if anyone can kindly help us out, it will be a great help. 1. File naming issue. we are wondering if Fusion12 has an option to save the recorded files name as "Scene_Take" instead of the default "
