  1. Hello guys... http://www.timecodesystems.com Wanted to make everyone in the forum know that Timecode Systems LLC, the company that produces the Timecode hardware products many of us use for Film and Multi-Cam setups, is looking for someone to fulfill a full-time customer service technical support position at their new Irvine, CA office. This position wouldn't require a seasoned pro by any means... but someone who does have some capable experience with on set syncing and post knowledge and above all someone with a desire to really learn and be guided into the nitty gritty of their product line. PM me or email me directly at jonah@jonahguelzo.com if you are interested yourself or have someone to recommend that is in need of a job. Best wishes, -J
  2. so i know they are a cheap way for us sound mixers to have something to mix to but has anyone had to deal with black magic directly before? i have spent over 5 hours on hold through out the week with their technical support team does anyone know anyone in Los Angeles that can repair these monitors i have spoke to Trew and LSC and both said just wait it out thank you in advance R
  3. Just had some great customer service from Portabrace- The plastic clips that attach the carrying strap to my 7 year old 442 case broke and I thought that I'd end up spending $45 on a new strap. After nearly going out to purchase a new strap I figured that maybe I should just purchase new clips instead. Sent a quick email to Portabrace to see if this was possible and if I could order metal instead of plastic. Not only can they supply the clips- they are sending them out to me free of charge and haven't even billed me for the shipping. Gotta love great customer service like that.
