Finally say hullo

Hi everyone at jwsound,

First ever post woo!

This board has been a massive resource for me in the last 2-3 years while I've been getting my recordist chops up and I thought it was about time that I said hullo and possibly ask some questions of my own (maybe even contribute to discussions every now and then).

Just a quick intro about myself and then I'll leave you all alone

I've been building up my credits list since 2010 in a variety of roles, doing the rounds in Melbourne, Australia, but I think, in 2012, I'll bite the bullet and concentrate on sound dept, it's a dept that I enjoy as you are part of the on-set crew, and it kinda provides a nice symbiosis with my past a musician, and I've met some awesome people along the way. Hopefully I can meet a few more awesome people through this.
