He limped to the end of the day on the stock battery sled, and I heard it was no fun at all. He switched over to a battery sled mounted Hirose solution. I have a very similar set up, and I'm going to replace my old petrol PS607. I'm looking for something a little larger then mine, and the OR30 seems a good choice. Thanks a lot! I currently use the PS607 for my SXR4+, sure the OR30 has slightly more room but honestly I prefer the 607 as it seems to conform to my body rather then sit against it. I'd recommend trying the OR30 on before purchasing, you'll understand what I'm saying then.

Yes, it's the OR-30, the new model with the removable front pouch, which is a quite nice feature. I agree with engaudio about the conforming to the body but I also like the rigidness of the Orca. Pontec
Hi ! I use two Mini-Circuits zfsc-4-1 passive splitters (one for each antenna). Not very useful with that kind of omni antennas, but very effective with Zaxcom Bluefin that have +8dB even if they are passive too.

Dominique greffard
This is my DIY bag, it has a 3d printed frame to hold everything and some choroplast and fabric shell. Everything just over 5 pounds. Very pleased with it, working with the sonosax sx-r4+ is a threat. ✌️ FBAE437B-5F71-4998-B740-583DF28D0939.mp4
