Ron Meyer
Our new RF Multi SMA has been in production for approximately three months. We are saddened to report that there have been several malfunctions of this product in the field. After an extensive investigation of these problems, we have determined that the RF amplifier chip can be damaged under certain connection and use circumstances. We have now developed an update to the circuitry which will prevent this unfortunate problem. Although most users may never have a problem, we would like to update all units as soon as possible free of charge. If you have one of these units, please send it in for updating at your earliest convenience. Will will try and turn these updates around as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. You can send your unit to: Service Department Professional Sound Corp 28085 Smyth Drive Valencia, CA 91355 best regards Ron Meyer President, PSC

MatthewFreedAudio
too bad folks don't always send in their registrations... I once sent in the registration to register the fact I had purchased and paid for the unit at a register when it registered with me that the registration was previously registered. MatthewFreedAudio
I agree! I have one of the RF SMA units and I love it. Mine was one of the unfortunate units that did blow an RF Amp early on but PSC repaired it and had it in the mail back to me the same day they reveived it. Izen Ears
Now where the heck do we get those badass right angled 50-Ohm mini-SMA -to- BNC shorties? (OT I know.) And yes, Ron & the gang have gotten a gold star from me with each interaction. Dan Izen

Ron Meyer
I have contacted the above JW members who have had their units repaired in the past about sending them in for updates. Please note that if anyone had their unit repaired in the past they should still send their unit in for updating. We have only been updating units after 5/16/12 Best Regards, Ron Meyer PSC

Lawrence Chick
Hey James, The best way is to send it via a courier that would help do the documents (Custom declaration) for you, so that upon reentry into your country, it will be exempted from tax. I'm sending mine via DHL Best Regards, Lawrence
