rich
i remember hearing about this over lunch when i was filming at the same studio - my friend was the boom op. it looks as odd as it sounded when it was described to me.
chrisnewton
I'll be going to see this one for sure. IMDB review mentioned similarities to "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" in the look of the sound recording technology. really enjoyed that film. Loved the sound design, with the sometimes almost subliminal "morse code" sounds in the background.

Tom Visser
I'll be going to see this one for sure. IMDB review mentioned similarities to "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" in the look of the sound recording technology. really enjoyed that film. Loved the sound design, with the sometimes almost subliminal "morse code" sounds in the background. In that vein, I also loved the Uher recorders used as props in "The Lives of Others".
