geordi
Nice hack. What I'm really looking for is a spectrum analyzer that can do the VHF band space, 70mhz (ish) up to where the ISM analyzer that Gotham sells picks up, in the 280mhz range. As I only have 216mhz gear (comteks) in that range, that is all I truly care about scanning, but if it covered down to the 70mhz area, anyone with the lower-band Comteks and any 170mhz VHF wireless would also find it useful. Anybody know of such a device on the market?
480sound
I saw this at Gotham Audio, the RF Explorer http://micro.arocholl.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=48:introducing-rf-explorer&catid=40:article&Itemid=
Jim Gilchrist
The RF Explorer best suited to our use does 240 to 960 Mhz and the 2.4 GHz band with an expansion module. It's a fantastic product for the price but won't cover the old VHF frequencies or the 216 MHz assisted listening band. Best regards, Jim
