Tom Visser Posted September 11, 2012 Report Share Posted September 11, 2012 H5-0 is not an ADR friendly production, they really push for production sound whenever possible. Some of the more hectic action scenes, especially gunfights, they will shoot knowing in advance they will ADR, but that is rare. Most of the times they try to get a clean production mix. A typical episode will see anywhere from 1 or 2 lines of ADR per actor up to maybe 15 or so for the principals. Many times, they will not even be full lines but individual words dropped in.
