filmfreak
Could any Norwegian mixers or mixers operating around there point me to rental shops/options ? I am about to work on a shoot there and would like to know where I could rent additional recorders and mics if needed. Thanks !
Miles Anderson
there's not a lot in terms of rental houses for film, unfortunately, though if you were putting on a live performance you'd have ZERO issues but, you could try these places: http://www.sentrumlyd.no/ http://www.lysoglydutleie.no/ sadly there's much more in sweden, but still I believe many of those guys have the same issues as us - buy it from the internet. where are you going once you're in norway? filmfreak
Hi Miles Thanks for the links and reply. I sent you a couple of PMs but probably you are not checking your messages. What kind of RF issues are there in Norway ? Do you need a license to operate Radios in Norway ? Thanks !

BryanRobson
I have a potential shoot coming up in Oslo and very interested to as to what kind of RF issues I should expect also. My lectros cover block 606 (606-631.500) and according to http://finnsenderen.no/traadlos I should be ok with those frequencies without a licence as I understand it?? Im not sure how up to date this site is so any real world experience from fellow mixers would be a great help! Thanks!!
JensF
@BryanRobson Greetings from Oslo! I don't think you'll have any problem finding free space within block 606 over here. And you don't need a licence.
