usartwag
The guys at Remote Audio are great and I'm sure they'll get it worked out. I had the problem of knocking the cup loose on occasion. I got a used NP-1 holder that's designed for the back of a Sony camera. Full box with a lid, thin body, $20. on Ebay. Works like a charm. Phil Schullo
So it has been 6 weeks how is the "testing" going Thanks for asking. We've upgraded our build procedure for new units and we believe we've solved the problem for the time being. Initial testing of an alternative back plate has gone well. We're still finalizing the details.

Johnny Karlsson
Same problem here. Gaff taped also. I would humbly suggest that a full cup (one piece of plastic) would be a better solution than a back plate design.

JDirckze
Alright been 6 months now does remote audio have a solution or way to swap these out yet? I'm pretty sure the solution was glue it back on, no need for months of testing to figure that one out ;-)
