Lectrosonics SRb Sensitivity: SINAD and Quieting

Reading the manual from Lectrosonics SRb about sensitivity they have:

20 dB SINAD: 1.0 uV (-107 dBm), A weighted

60 dB Quieting: 2.2 uV (-100 dBm), A weighted

About SINAD

But I can't find what is "Quieting" and I'm curious what it is.

The receiver's hiss (white noise like) is measured first with no  carrier (RF signal) and the squelch bypassed. The hiss will typically be at full output level.  It is then is suppressed (quieted)when an RF signal with no modulation is fed into the receiver. The necessary RF level to suppress the hiss 60 dB is the quieting level.
