johnpaul215
My R12 is a year or two old and it has solid tires (no valves). There seem to be a few names that sell the (seemingly) same cart, but maybe some specs are different? Offhand I think B&H sells a "MultiCart R12NF" with the NF meaning they have the never flat wheels.
Matthias Richter
must be old stock cause the packing looks original. Strange thing is Thomann just got new RnR in stock couple days ago - apparently the older version. edit: Thomann bought all the old stock from Warwick the former dealer for RnR. Thomann will get the new model end of Sep I´ve been told. All these information are relevant for German or European customers. I put them up here anyway. edit: got my R12RT with no-flat wheels end of Sep 2013 from Thomann Germany - still 129,-€ Edited September 29, 2013 by Matthias Richter
jlempen
My old '99 Volvo V70R, 298 horsepower, probably the fastest sound cart on earth ;-) And it's comfortable to drive as well! Fantastic setup for those days where you have 8 sets in a single day. BTW I clamp the Manfrotto antenna bar to the roof rails with a magic arm. traut
You can still comment on the rides JW. Here are some of my VW Euro Van on location. I can take better ones when I return from vacation. One is on a rooftop parking structure like Richard Ragon was talking about in a recent threat/topic. CrewC You can still comment on the rides JW. CrewC Hi Crew, Didn't know you were a Eurovan man. Love my 2001. Magliner fits perfectly in the back. 84K and still going strong.
old school
Yeah, I'm a EuroVan Man for a bit longer. 130K on my 2003. Getting a Dodge or Ford van next but I'd buy a new VW if they still imported them. CrewC

Simon Paine
I've been driving a Ford Transit Connect for almost a year now. I'm really liking it as a work vehicle. Lots of height and low loading floor make it pretty good for my gear. But I was getting fed up with trying to stow my folding ramps. So after a lot of thinking and contemplating different solutions, I came up with an idea and I got a local welder to make me up some pockets to fit on the back doors. Take a look. He used the pressboard panels that were on the doors as a template. Bungee across the top of the ramps to hold them firmly in place. If I just need to grab something from the back without unloading the ramps swing out of the way leaving lots of room to access the back. Lots of room to spare. I've even done a few days mixing inside the Transit. Using one of my Pelicans as a seat for now. I will have to try and find something a little more comfortable. Philip Perkins
Good solution to my chief gripe about ramps (where do they live when not in use). Even more important in a small van like FTC. But dude--protect yourself! Get a cargo barrier between the gear and the driver's area! philp
Ze Frias
Simon, that is a damn cool car set-up.
stevegrider
One of the things I really enjoy about this forum is checking out (and learning from) everyone's custom work. I know I will eventually steal an idea from each and every one of you.

Michael Miramontes
I think this is going to be my next van. I'll even have the welding torch and AK-47's mounted in the back.
