JRL
I'm after some advice on the lectro 100 series. My questions are: Would this be a better buy than a Sennheiser G2/G3? Does the Tx have a limiter? I've found differing answers in my searches, but they're from sources that I don't trust. Do they come in blocks lower than 27, I can,t seem to find any used ones for sale below this.
mikewest
Look at info on the Lectro site mike
Christian Spaeth
My advice: used 211 receivers (around 500$) and new LMa transmitters. Fantastic range, great sound=way better than G3 and 100 series, and not much below in those respects (if at all) the 400 series.
studiomprd
" Would this be a better buy than a Sennheiser G2/G3? " it depends... this is somewhat subjective, but I suspect most folks would prefer a Lectro system over Senn G2/G3m which are wildly popular and a great value at their price point. mikewest
Even though not a diversity the 100 receiver and transmitter combination work well Ok unbalanced out / no pilot system but yes a budget solution with good range Sometimes B&H have them for sale in their used (ex-rental) department mike
