Michael Miramontes
It appears that the editing functions for my "Signature" section are greyed out? Is this functionality prohibited? I'd like to add a logo to my signature please.
studiomprd
I thought that was what the avatar is for...
Jeff Wexler
I have to admit, I know nothing about the Signature feature on the site. This is something I imagine you do in editing your Profile? I will look into this (and specifically I will see if there is any restriction on Michael's Profile). Jeff Wexler
I am not sure exactly what you are presented with when you go to your Profile to edit it. When I go to your Profile and go down to the section for Signature, I am presented with the full editor and it looks as if you can use the Image icon to upload an image to attach to your text signature. I am fairly sure that if you are able to do this, you will have to carefully re-size your image so that it is appropriate for insertion as a Signature. Jeff Wexler
Thanks, Michael, I will try and determine why that is. It could be helpful (if anyone else is following this thread) to see if others have the same problem if they try and edit their Profile or their signature. Jack Norflus
I'm grayed out as well
Tyler Faison
It may be because you have the "Enable HTML" box checked. Try unchecking it to see if it ungrays it.
Michael Miramontes
It may be because you have the "Enable HTML" box checked. Try unchecking it to see if it ungrays it. been there done that. problem persists. Never mind, I stand corrected. Once you uncheck "Enable HTML" you must click on save changes. I thought it updated automatically. Thanks Edited September 13, 2013 by Michael Miramontes
