Wandering Ear
Anyone tried Movie Slate on IOS7 yet? Their site says they've been working on an IOS7 version all summer, but it doesn't seem to be out yet. I'm wondering if the current version works well on 7? Ze Frias
I'm using the current version of Movie Slate in my iPhone with iOS7 without any issues. Don't have an iPad to try it out there, but I would be confident that it should work fine as well.

Wandering Ear
Thanks. I read that faq, and it still left me questioning how well it really works. That's why I sought out user feedback.
Sound Grab
I don't really notice anything on my iPhone.. I can't update my iPad 1 to iOS 7 so I can't tell you how it's working out on there.
Richard Lightstone, CAS
I've installed multiple updates for Movieslate for IOS 7 on the iPad. What seems to be your issue? Works fine, like it has from the first time Pureblend launched the app.
Wandering Ear
I've installed multiple updates for Movieslate for IOS 7 on the iPad. What seems to be your issue? Works fine, like it has from the first time Pureblend launched the app. My issue? Paranoia. That, and if there are issues, I can't downgrade back to IOS 6.X.X because Apple has stopped signing that version, which makes you stuck on 7, like it or not. I can't even restore my device to IOS 6.1.3 anymore if I wanted to, it's not allowed by Apple. I only own 1 Apple mobile device, so I don't have one to experiment with, and I really like using movie slate. Once I uprgade, I'm stuck, hence my question. Sound Grab
Then don't upgrade until an update comes out. You said it yourself, you can't downgrade if anything goes wrong. Most apps were pretty finicky if they weren't updated to work with iOS 7 so I would treat it as that. IMO you should treat it like any of your sound hardware.. if you know there are possible issues with a firmware version would you update your recorder to it? studiomprd
"My issue? Paranoia. " early adopters are pioneers... seems pretty clear that you would be calmer if you just waited a bit... if it isn't broken, don't be in a hurry to fix it! though you did pick the appropriate day to ask... Richard Lightstone, CAS
Wandering, I wasn't trying to be flippant in my reply. The guys at Pureblend, Cliff Joyce and Eric Goodwin, are incredibly fast at fixes if you find any issues with the software. The app can generate an email "Bug report, with data" and they get updates with fixes out in minutes not days. I've used all their IOS 7 updates while on production with no crashes or major problems. My setup has maintained it's style and templates through all their upgrades since the launch of their app. I'd go ahead and upgrade without fear that it will not function correctly. Wandering Ear
Richard, not at all. My post does read as reactionary, but i wasn't that serious. Thanks for the feedback. Like with all things software, i have a process of research i go through before updating, part of that process includes hearing other peoples experiences. Sound Grab
Looks great. I would have lost it if we had to pay for a UI update for iOS 7.

Their site says they've been working on an IOS7 version all summer, but it doesn't seem to be out yet. I'm wondering if the current version works well on 7? Movie Slate works flawlessly on iPad retina with iOS7 update.
