Use lavalier as headset

I have several sanken cos 11 lavaliers. For one project I need a headset. Is there a decent way to use a sanken lavalier as a headset? Just wondering...

If you need a quick solution you can also use some strong wire and fix it to the lav and the headphones.

Or I might just buy a cheapass headset, cut off the mic and tape my sanken to it, much cheaper than just the headclip ;-)

I have used a Sennheiser NB 2 headset mount..  About $60USD

 

I suspect the above Canford  loopwire would be cheaper though.
