Unite MUSIC and AV RECORDING in one equipement?!

I don't think the zfr has aes out. Are you confusing frequency responce with sample rate?

The qrx operates it's aes output at a sample rate of 32khz because of processing power limitations.

 No, according to Nyquist you the highest frequency you can get is the half of the sampling frequency. 32 kHz is the double of 16kHz. I know that the FZR don't have AES/EBU, was just an example (of the above)

you are misquoting Dr. Nyquist...

according to Nyquist the highest frequency you can get is less than half of the sampling frequency.

...and he does not say exactly how much less, but there are also the technical considerations...

You'r right, in the real world is less than a half.

The zfr records at 48k, so i don't know where you get the 16khz limit on a zfr from.

It's only the qrx aes output that runs at 32khz.

Yes, all of this devices have in his technical specs 48kHz 24 bit "converters", but apart of the FZR the transmitters are also band limited (16kHz), this suggest me that all of this devices works at 32kHz (Almost in the final part of his signal processing).

I apparently read right past that last time i looked at the specs, my mistake.
