Just to add a new data point.

 

One of my TogLocks disappeared on a shoot a few weeks ago. 

 

I sent Don @ Loon an email to see if he had any replacements available.  Told him I would happily pay for a couple so I had a spare.

 

He answered my email almost immediately and sent out a pair of TogLocks via FedEx Next Day (!) -- at no cost to me.

 

Having read this thread, I was worried that I would get no response, but was really happy with the way Don took care of me.

Yup, it's all about just getting in touch with him and the rest is good.

 

Actually, from my experience, and that of many others, it's about:

 

1. Getting in touch with him.

2. His following through on whatever he says he's going to do.

 

There is a good bit of evidence that #2 is the more challenging part.
