dfisk
I have that same hat. I wear it all the time at work because Brenda likes seeing me wear it....
johnpaul215
The sad thing is that they used to be on it. I ordered my Loon semi factory direct about 5 years ago and got it in under a week, with a hat. I actually got it via Oleg, but it was shipped from Loon to me. studiomprd
what amazes me is all the folks who indicate that they would do business with this flake if he said he was back...

Matt Mayer
Just to add a new data point. One of my TogLocks disappeared on a shoot a few weeks ago. I sent Don @ Loon an email to see if he had any replacements available. Told him I would happily pay for a couple so I had a spare. He answered my email almost immediately and sent out a pair of TogLocks via FedEx Next Day (!) -- at no cost to me. Having read this thread, I was worried that I would get no response, but was really happy with the way Don took care of me.
Zack
Yup, it's all about just getting in touch with him and the rest is good.
John Blankenship
Yup, it's all about just getting in touch with him and the rest is good. Actually, from my experience, and that of many others, it's about: 1. Getting in touch with him. 2. His following through on whatever he says he's going to do. There is a good bit of evidence that #2 is the more challenging part.
