Malcolm Davies Amps CAS Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 One inch dual lock tape is readilly available here in the UK but I've just taken delivery of a new Lectrosonics which had a couple of pieces of two inch wide tape which I have a use for. At the moment I'm using two pieces of one inch side by side and the two inch would be much better but this appears to be unavailable here. Anyone know of a supplier elsewhere? Malcolm Davies A.m.p.s. jason porter Posted January 18, 2014 Report Share Posted January 18, 2014 Dual Lock is similar to "hook & loop" (Velcro) but instead of a hook & loop it has a hook & hook. Yes, I know that Velcro is a trade name but I specify it because it tends to be work better than many of the "also-rans" -- especially with the Industrial-Strength type I linked to. It's made by 3M, maybe see if 3M has a distributer there to contact. There are different "types", which I guess is the size of the stem. It seems to be a bit more specific than hook and loop. The company you found have a minimum order for 200 pieces ($384) 25 dollars for registring the credit card and then shipping at $60. altogether an expensive exersise at nearly 300 UK pounds.
