Block 21 in Scotland?

It is totally illegal, naughty, very very naughty. Unless you apply for a site specific licence. If you can be bothered doing that, look here:

Block 21 is almost totally clear in the UK, and unless you're at a major event, there's is only a microscopic chance you'll bump into anyone who gives a toss what frequency you're on. However, if you choose to do it without a licence, and get busted, don't call me!

The license is cheap. Seems silly not to have one. But it's also a silly license. I have chatted at length with the people over there, and the "site" is very "specific", meaning you aren't supposed to move around at all.

Also keep in mind that you are supposed to be only at 50mW and Euro spec deviation. So when asked....
