Richard Ragon Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 I saw this on Reddit, and I thought you guys (and girls) might appreciate it. Some of us who have lived in Los Angeles for over 40+ years, will no doubt be called 'professional drivers' because of our need for cars in LA. My hats off to people who want to make it, a better commute while here in LA. This guy pulled off, placing an illegal sign right in downtown over the 110, and the signed stayed up for nearly 10 years! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Clgl63CWOkM Quote
chrisnewton Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 Hilarious! What an exemplary citizen. Thanks for this Richard. Quote
Nate C Posted March 26, 2015 Report Posted March 26, 2015 I love street art and that is one of the most practical and non destructive pieces I have seen. Thanks for sharing. Quote
taylormadeaudio Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 both strange and brilliant. gotta love L.A. ~tt Quote
sfxdude Posted April 16, 2015 Report Posted April 16, 2015 Ya il say, and the old world way of doing it all by hand, now he could blast these out on a computer, that was a lot of time and effort spent to do what he did, and a darn good job at that with all the correct measurements and Pantone color matching, he is a eccentric perfectionist this was crazy and cool at the same time. Rachel Cameron Posted April 17, 2015 Report Posted April 17, 2015 I love street art too. What a wonderful use of guerrilla art tactics. Changing signs is cool to me. But changing them for better and to help everyone is next to heroism. I love his perfectionism and diligence. He is obviously an old school sign painter. Quote
Blas Kisic Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 Just saw this, Richard. Thanks - I'm glad I clicked on it. BK Quote
Michael Miramontes Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 What a wierd-o coming from someone who calls himself Mirror I'd say he's pretty normal. haha I do agree he is kinda "out there" though....at least his video is anyways. Must have been on the reefer. Quote
taylormadeaudio Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 ^ seems more like paint fumes to me Quote
Philip Perkins Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 Did Caltrans take the hint and improve their signage at that spot when they took his sign down? As an out of towner, I thought it made that interchange a lot clearer…. philp Quote
