Good arch support and soft soles. John Fluevog for me. If ever I need a fifth wind, taking a gander at the silly shoes gets me the boost. NG for booming tho since they squeak on certain surfaces. I made him walk bow legged for half the day before he swapped pants with the PA haha. Most people seem to get a kick out of my "no MOS" hat and "Lav 'em and leave 'em" PSS gear.
