The bottom line is, however, if you're convinced you need more than 50mw output power, then this isn't the unit for you. I wonder how many people are even considering the fact that the range will likely be much greater with a 50mw transmitter in a hat than with a 250mw unit burried against the small of someone's back. osa Posted June 2, 2015 Report Share Posted June 2, 2015 Tried one out at Gotham the other day. Good, usable range, even at 50mw and it hid no problem in my hat, with a mic taped to the brim.
