Hugh Palmer
What are your thoughts on this set of Schoeps? The seller makes it sound like the preamp would only need a little TLC and a bit of new cabling but I'm worried there'd be some more gremlins in there... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/301713403995?euid=32f1687f649047b7ae3abdc6ed331b6d&cp=1&exe=12558&ext=31610&sojTags=exe=exe,ext=ext

Angelo Waldron
I can't tell what he actually is selling. 2 mic preamps and some capsules, 2 power supplies, one is homemade.. all modified, all look 50 years old. The CMT 3 series was 12 volt phantom and the capsules were NOT supposed to come off and be interchangeable. The Collette series started with the interchangeability I believe. No historical value and all looks poor shape, plus seller even says there is a grounding/shielding problem.
