Oops! - Sorry, I should always have my first cup of coffee before responding - I was thinking LMb on my response.   Sounds like your unit will need to come in when convenient for you - sounds like a more complex underlying cause. 

In response to the other questions about user field repairs.  If you are very good with a soldering iron, yes, you can probably replace the power switch yourself.  Contact our service department for part number. Open your unit up first, and double check the board number - that can help them determine the correct part.
