But in trying to get Playback audio out of X1 and X2, I can not do so... I can get it out of L and R XLRs, Headset output and X3 and X4, but in no way can I get it out of X1 and X2.. Am I demented?? maybe so.. Anybody want to chime in here... I normally send Audio to VTR on X1 and Transmitter for Dir. and such on X2.. I would love for playback to go out to Headsets on set through X2 as well... I would want to leave L and R XLRs open... soundslikejustin Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 Only works if you RECORD the X1 track. Otherwise, there's nothing feeding the X1 output. X1 and X2 are inputs to outputs, whereas x3 and x4 are tracks to outputs. I think that's how it works. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Strange though how they will act as outputs unless you are passing audio during playback... Other than playing back, they work fine as assignable outputs.. and to boot, they are in fact right there in the output menu section... I will give the mothership a call and inquire...
