GlennP
Hey, Just thought I might post a couple of pics on how to replace the internal 'watch type' battery in the Maxx. Left panel screws off and nut retaining the bnc. Screws are the same size. Battery just under the cf card tray. Replace and reassemble. Prahlad Strickland
Thanks, my battery just died a few days ago. TC resets on power cycle, presuming it's that.
GlennP
Hi Jack, Are there any other how to Zaxcom PDFs? I fitted the AES and it seemed straight forward. I ve yet to test as I m waiting for the de15 and 45degree housing for the AES in outs. I googled the battery change and came up with a thread on jwsound about a Nomad but Derek H posted that it was near the CF slot for Maxx so I took a look. I m normally on my phone when I search as I m out filming (arent we all 😊) . Sometimes sites aren t optimized for mobile and its hard to comes across stuff but JW and FB are good for pics and tips. Really dig the internal battery fit for Rado Maxx project on FB. Hope the pics helped Prahad. Glenn (P)
