Lectrosonics LT - "DSP Failed" error

Has anyone else had the error message "DSP Failed" when turning on an LT transmitter? I am getting the error message fairly frequently when booting the transmitter up however it usually goes away when it gets power cycled again. Firmware is up to date.

Have you called up the mothership and enquired about it?  Quick phone call...

I asked the Toronto service rep and he is looking into it but he hasn't seen it before himself.
