Prosound problems

Hi sound friends,

BE AWARE

I got a message recently that Professional Sound Services is under new management.

It said " PSS has not gone away... we have simply moved"

So I contact the new management to find out about an item I had there which was under consignment.

This is what  they wrote to me :

Looking into the old business (Professional Sound Services Inc) past accounting  records - your item was sold back in September as per the attached order. It would appear that you were never credited for it - I am sorry, but you will need to take this up with Rich as we only bought the physical assets from him and not the liabilities or business. Although we are using the name Professional Sound Services, we are a wholly different business, PSS is simply a trading name. We still maintain his email at rich@pro-sound.com for now.....

 

When I bought it to their attention that past  e mails to Rich's address have gone unanswered and would they be kind enough to contact him on my behalf or provide a tel no where I could contact him , they said they could not do so on   

Ethical grounds. Ethical grounds???

Any idea how I can contact Rich and get paid ?

This happened to me after being loyal to the company  for 18 years.
