You can get it here:https://www.sounddevices.com/support/downloads/mixpres-firmware To install the update, please first format the card in the MixPre by going to Menu > SD Card > Edit > Format. Then load the .prg file to the card, and go to Menu > System > Update Firmware. It should take about a minute to reboot. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
