New 80/20 Follow Cart

Just finished the main build for this cart today. All 80/20 profiles with Rackman Aluminum Drawers. Still have a few things to add but it's functional for now. Booms go on the left side, carpets on the right.

Very nice! Are you addicted? I'm trying to find excuses to rebuild my follow cart. Think I might build a directors monitor trolley for a friend

 

Whats the total weight?

I haven't weighed it but I would guess empty it's around 100lbs

How did you mount the casters to the bottom of the cart?

80/20 sells a plate that allows you to mount standard casters to the profiles. I’d have to look up the part number.

do you have the schematic or the order for these.  This cart is exactly what I'm trying to come up with for my kit.  My rubbermaid is working fine but its too bulky and big.  Really great build by the way!
