Lectro IFBT4 mode switches: What does RTS1 stand for?

Hi,

I am setting up my IFBT4 for an unbalanced connection. I just read over the section of the manual that describes the Mode Switches for the input configuration. I think that I may be able to memorize the choices more effectively if I learn what the RTS acronym refers too.

Thank you.

RTS is a brand of production intercom systems commonly used in production trucks and venues:

Much like Kleenex it has come to stand for any 2 wire intercom system.  RTS systems carry 2 channels of intercom and power for the beltpacks over a regular 3 pin XLR cable.  RTS1/RTS2 allows the user to select which intercom channel to transmit.
