alenK
Hi, I am setting up my IFBT4 for an unbalanced connection. I just read over the section of the manual that describes the Mode Switches for the input configuration. I think that I may be able to memorize the choices more effectively if I learn what the RTS acronym refers too. Thank you.
Matt Mayer
RTS is a brand of production intercom systems commonly used in production trucks and venues: http://www.rtsintercoms.com/rts/line Much like Kleenex it has come to stand for any 2 wire intercom system. RTS systems carry 2 channels of intercom and power for the beltpacks over a regular 3 pin XLR cable. RTS1/RTS2 allows the user to select which intercom channel to transmit. Tony Leja
So can I put an RTS intercom line/feed into the IFBT4 and select the dip switches to RTS 1 and get the audio from the RTS channel 1 into the IFB ?
