tourtelot
What's the experience with these? Just built a Lemo-to-Lemo for a friend and he gasp at the final price. If the Chinese (eBay) 5-pins work okay, it may be worth a look-see. D.
drpro
I haven’t had good luck with them Doug. Others have. The QC seems to very a bit. YMMV
Dalton Patterson
I hear the the tolerances are different. I fell in love with the real thing. Something about them.
SeeKai
Avoid. Quality and longevity is nowhere near the same. You wouldn't save money by having knock off gear for your mics, recorder or timecode hardware. Same thing applies to your cables!
Philip Perkins
I hate Lemos but they are a fact of life for a location soundie these days (thanks, Nagra...). I would have to have it proven to me that a knock-off connector is precise enough to mate with the real thing as mounted on a device without jamming and thus totally hosing me. Even real Lemos have jamming problems (esp small ones) after a certain amount of use.

AlexQ
I've been using the the 3 pin Lemo's sold from Wilcox sound for years now. I believe they are knock-off.

stefanosound
I use these without trouble https://it.aliexpress.com/item/Connettore-LEMO-FVB-00-303-00B-LEMO-3-pin-Connettore-Per-wisycom-FVB-MTP40-MTP40S-MTP41/32836197001.html?spm=a2g0y.search0104.3.36.4ff87e5deqyiTt&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0%2Csearchweb201602_4_10065_10068_10843_10059_10884_10887_10696_100031_10084_10083_10103_10618_10304_10307_10820_10821_10302%2Csearchweb201603_60%2CppcSwitch_0&algo_pvid=0ff58a9e-1d63-40fc-9123-2f51db56a304&priceBeautifyAB=0&algo_expid=0ff58a9e-1d63-40fc-9123-2f51db56a304-
mikewest
I've had no problem with these at all as it makes you wonder where Lemo are really made!! Even the made up cables at a third of the cost of one locally bought connector! mike
WrineX
They suck, very often in the smaller ones pins are not aligned well, and dont work at all or get mushed up when inserted. ALthough lemo prices are complete retarded, these Chinese ones do suck
Michael Illouz
Push pull type connectors is very flexible, we do not mind the brand, but the quality and cost is very important. A china company "INTE-AUTO (www.inte-auto.com)" do a good job, we offen order the connectors from them.
