codyman
Looks fantastic, will have to watch it this weekend. I'm glad Being There / Harold and Maude / Shampoo have all received Criterion Bluray releases that look (and sound!) great.

MikeWeinstein
Hey Jeff I just saw this. Thanks for your kind words about Hal. I was responsible for handling the entire post sound work for the film and want to convey to you that I really tried my best to get your interview under control. I'm not sure where they shot it, but the RT60 felt like an hour or two 😉. The lesson here is when the production sound is recorded by none other than the director's husband and Jeff Wexler still ends up in the room from hell it means we've got to keep up the good fight! By the way, since moving from production sound to the post side of things, most of the work I do is out of my personal 5.1 room. I'm very interested in collaborating more with a team, getting an opportunity to work on larger projects, and generally learning how other folks approach the process. Happen to know anyone who might be helpful in that endeavor? Thanks Jeff, I'd love to get your thoughts.
