Audio Daddyo Posted June 16, 2009 Report Share Posted June 16, 2009 I have experienced great custyomer service with Etymotic. Twice I had a transducer break and they replaced it free of charged. In fact only one broke but they replaced the left and right so they matched. It turns out that I had custom earmolds made by a company who wasn't certified by Etymotic and they did not fit the transducer stems properly so that is why they broke.
