They can't fix it, so it has to go to the mothership. I'm told that it will cost at least 800 euros to fix it. Seems a big steep IMHO... Opinions? The site seems pretty straightforward to me: Hamburger menu in the upper-right corner, another contact link at the bottom of the homepage, the forms work for me. But knowing your (high) level of technical savvy... Maybe it doesn't work in your browser? https://www.sounddevices.com/support/ And this has worked in the past: support@sounddevices.com Several years ago I had a 302 repaired by SD. I was in the US and that's a simpler device than a Pix, but the process was straighforward, SD was responsive to my queries, the cost was pretty low, and everything moved swiftly.
