Cool Doc!! I got to be in studio A at Ocean Way several times when I worked for a studio equipment rental company. It was my favorite studio with all the lights and neon.

Thanks, that is interesting.   I has been in Bear Tracks (Focusrite #9) on numerous occasions and became acquainted with owner Jay Beckenstein, and Larry Swist who designed it.  I never had the opportunity to work there, but was a staff engineer at two other  NY metro area studios, both of which were owned a NYC gear rental house (Toy Specialists), so I would often be asked to drop-off rental gear there on my way home which was near by.

In the early 70s, a good friend of mine rented a cottage next the seemingly abandoned barn that would became Bear Tracks in Rockland County

I know a guy here in Spain who has one in his small attic, and the power supply in the bathroom, so crazy
