stevejacksonsound Posted June 25, 2020 Report Share Posted June 25, 2020 Hi all, I've a very peculiar problem. I'm using Nomad 12 with external NP1 batteries and internal PowerEx 2700 rechargeables. I wasn't using the machine for a while and now that I've started it up again, I find that I can't run it on the externals while I have the internal sled in place. With the machine turned on using an NP1, I insert the AA sled, and the machine jumps over to internal supply and declares the low external battery warning. I pull the sled, power dies, I recycle on externals only and we're back up. It's very frustrating, the only this I can think of is an internal short somewhere between the external/ internal power switch over. The only problem it really causes me is the inability to hot swap NP1s without losing power. Has anyone come across this before?
