D-XLR Adapter w/ Rodecaster Pro

Hey All! First post on here... Trying to track down an issue I'm having with my Rodecaster Pro.

I have a Deity V-Mic D3 Pro shotgun mic and I'm trying to run it into my Rodecaster Pro with the Deity D-XLR adapter. I've tried a number of different cables and with/without phantom power, but I can't for the life of me get this to work.

Any ideas? Is this just not something I can do with the Rodecaster?
