rwbreckinridge Posted March 23, 2021 Report Share Posted March 23, 2021 Hey all, I've been noticing an occasional slight "tick" coming from one of my UM400s, and upon further inspection, I've been able to replicate it by squeezing the pack ever so slightly towards the top of the clip (see attached video- edit: here is a Google Drive link if that's easier). Has anyone run into this before? I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to address it or if it will require sending it back to Lectro. jason porter Posted March 23, 2021 Report Share Posted March 23, 2021 Can you remove the belt clip and see if it goes away? I wonder if the screw is touching something when you squeeze it. I took the clip off and it still does it; carefully taking the unit apart, nothing seemed obviously awry.
