You might want to look for "ultrasound transducer covers", "endovaginal probe covers" or something similar. They come in bags of 100 or so and are basically dry condoms without a reservoir.

I prefer to use Vinyl exam gloves then just tie a knob in bottom then I put antenna up the index finger. Gloves are cheaper and  also reuse-able as well

I talked to my local theater sound guy last night and he pointed me to ripnroll.com.  He recommended (and uses) their "Disposable Microphone Covers" which you can get in bulk (100/500/1000 packs).
