Canare headquarter contact?

Hello,

I have been trying to communicate with Canare Japan (headquarter/sales) for a big order but the emails addresses provided on their website have never responded (about 9 month now) despite several attempts.

(my goal is to have product shipped to Kenya...)

Anyone could provide me with a more direct contact that is responding ? That would be appreciated.

Thanks, but my goal is to get cables in Kenya/East Africa. There are no distributors there.

The one listed when you type in Kenya on their website is in the Middle East...

Besides, I would used a company to import, not doing it myself. So how do they contract distributors if they do not answer their e-mails?

That is total BS.  Every single company should be contactable by its consumers, even manufacturers whose only on-paper customers are distributors.  I wish you the best of luck.

Have you called this number and left a bunch of messages? I have to keep a log of names when I start a game of telephone. 

 

Also curious what is big order? 200? 2,000? 20,000?

I suggest also calling major audio retailers such as Trew/LSC/Tai/Gotham, perhaps they will disclose some contact info?

Markertek.com Broadcast Supply is one of the largest retailers of Canare in the US. They ship internationally as well.

I will try the German branch see if they more communicative. And also the french resellers, that's a good idea, although they might not want to disclose their tricks but some that I know well might help.

The L-4E5C that I want to get is sold by 200m roll, I need a minimum of 5 rolls.

Unfortunately 5 rolls is not a quantity Canare, nor any distributor will want to do.

Canare will only sell to distributors, distributors will only sell to retailers in truckloads.
