Laurence
I gotta give Rusty credit for this one. For those of you who didn't receive his email with this link, enjoy it with a little Chardonnay tomorrow. Happy thanksgiving. wolfvid
why does he not lick the mics clean? is there something dirty about the mike? The beer rock and rollers have done worse than clean food to the mikes for years...
Marc Wielage
Shure could use this as advertising! I'm reminded of the old 1970s EV 635A ad, where somebody used it as a hammer... Somebody should tell the cook that I bet this is not covered under warranty. --Marc W.
DBurnette
finally, a use for an SM57! Hehe. I used them all the time in a recording studio, and I finally used a -57 on a shoot a month ago. I put it on my boom pole, used it for dialog outdoors with no windscreen.... ...Kidding. It was a plant mic next to a taxiway, and it served its purpose well. There is nothing like the sound of a Rolls Royce Merlin purring away...It sounds almost as good as a -58 making mash!
