The Zaxcom ZPX battery ($80) will last anywhere from 7-9 hours (personally field tested). You will need a new charger ($40, single battery only) as well, being the VPX chargers are not compilable. If you didn't know, the Black&Decker VPX battery was discontinued and is getting harder to find. So if you find you self in need for a better battery for your 992 we have them available.
